About Prescott

Throughout our 11-year history as a commercial operator, we have been accident-free. Safety is a core value for us: we dedicate significant time and resources to continually maintain and enhance our highly effective safety assessment and risk management program. We never compromise on safety, and we continually look for ways to do better.

We maintain a global network, serving more than 115 locations across 60 countries in the last year, and we’re adding more all the time. Because our aircraft can land on short, unimproved airstrips and require little or no ground support, we can get to places where others can’t.

Your safety and security are critical to us. Prescott maintains an active security and security-screening program, which is routinely reviewed and approved by the U.S. Transportation Security Agency. Security is our business; our planners and flight crew will work closely with you and your team to put in place effective security measures to keep you, your teams, and your cargo safe and secure.

Our Fleet and Crews

Prescott operates the extremely reliable and versatile EADS CASA CN235 aircraft. We have never had an accident.

7,500 pounds, which is 3,400 kilograms.

The formula for domestic shipments is L x W x H/194. For international shipments, the formula is L x W x H/166.

The CN235 can be configured to carry up to 28 passengers.

Prescott requires all of our crew members to successfully complete a rigorous, FAA-approved training program that includes extensive ground and flight training. For all of our pilots, we conduct check rides and formal service quality evaluations every six months.

Our crew flight time and duty limit policies exceed FAA safety requirements because we recognize that fatigue causes human error. At Prescott, we actively manage and monitor crew fatigue, and our fatigue management system continuously evaluates flight conditions and crew performance.

We do. Our trained and qualified personnel maintain all Prescott aircraft in accordance with our FAA-approved maintenance program. When we perform maintenance and inspections on the road or use outside vendors, our senior maintenance team is onsite overseeing those actions.

Yes. We are licensed to transport HAZMAT air cargo that complies with 49 CFR nationally and the International Air Transport Association internationally. Our HAZMAT programs are authorized and overseen by the Federal Aviation Administration.

We have trained AOG personnel available to assist you with any repairs you need done to your aircraft. We can get you the part—even outsized parts—and a skilled mechanic or maintenance specialist if you need one (or more). We are available to our customers 24/7 by phone.
